Kindness?
There is an inherent generosity in the human spirit to be of help, to be of service to others. What is it that makes us decide to be of service. What is it that inspires us and encourages us to be of support to others? What is it that makes you want to serve others?

I guess we are all born with the instinct to do good as we are born with the passion to survive evil. Some of us learn and follow the good path, others fall into the dark deep hole of evil. Its all relative; those who are unkind have their reasons, and yet they are unkind. Following and judging others on the universal platform of good and bad, doesnot necessarily make us right. Kindness is indeed a blessing bestowed upon solely blessed people. Others are simply self centered.
